Waitlist Promotion Terms — one free Developer month
Polish version: Regulamin promocji. The Polish version is binding, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

§1. Organizer and promise
- The organizer is Patryk Roguszewski IT Solutions, Patryk Roguszewski’s sole trade registered in Poland’s CEIDG, ul. Szkolna 11G/1, 05-091 Ząbki, NIP 8241804773, REGON 366380826; contact: patryk.roguszewski@palladin.io.
- These terms govern a personal, free Developer month for a verified waitlist entry. They remain a draft until the promotion is announced with an effective date. There is no predetermined account-creation deadline.
- New entries may close only prospectively through an announcement in the same manner as the promotion. This preserves rights from verified entries created before the stated date, even if the account is created later.
§2. Eligibility
- Submit e-mail and language through the form, verify the address using the link and then create a personal account with the same address. The waitlist entry must be created no later than the account. Addresses are compared after trimming surrounding whitespace and lowercasing.
- The account address must also be verified, through confirmation for a password account or a sign-in provider confirming the address. Waitlist and account verification may occur in either order; both are required.
- There is no survey, scoring, segment qualification or requirement to create an account before public launch. The form requires no separate acceptance of these terms. Address verification is not marketing consent. The account is subject to Palladin’s Terms, including required representative approval for a minor; this free Benefit is not a purchase restricted to Family.
§3. Activation and period
- Once eligible, the Benefit activates automatically, at most once per waitlist entry and once per account holder. It is personal, nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for money or another Plan.
- It lasts one calendar month from the exact UTC activation time. If the final month lacks the corresponding day, it ends on that month’s last day at the same time. The e-mail confirms the exact start and end.
- The Benefit grants no Organization Plan and does not replace its higher actual Plan.
§4. No charges
The Benefit requires no card or other payment method. It creates no subscription, charge or automatic renewal. It is not, and does not consume, a 14-day trial. Afterwards the account uses its independently available Plan, or Free if none; a higher actual Organization Plan is unaffected.
§5. Confirmation
The panel displays the end date, no-card and no-renewal information, and a Plan indicator during the Benefit. Dismissing the message is neither consent nor an eligibility condition. A transactional PL/EN e-mail states the exact dates and the free-access and subsequent-Plan terms above; it is durable-medium confirmation, not a newsletter.
§6. Complaints and data
Send complaints to §1 with information safely identifying the account, without passwords or secrets. We respond by e-mail within 14 days. You may challenge automatic matching and request human assessment. The Privacy Policy covers waitlist, verification, Benefit and delivery data and the separate backend-measurement purpose; signup does not include marketing consent.
§7. Rights and changes
Palladin’s Terms govern use, security and service conformity. These promotion terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Changes cannot retrospectively remove rights from verified entries created before the change or closure of entries. Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their habitual-residence country. Polish is binding.
