Q: Is Palladin really zero-knowledge?

Yes. All encryption and decryption happen on your device or in your browser. The server only ever stores ciphertext and never sees your master key, private key or any plaintext secret.

Q: How do AI agents get access to my secrets?

An agent requests a specific entry and gives a reason. You approve or deny from your phone - per entry, per agent, with an optional time or usage limit. No approval, no access.

Q: Does the AI agent ever see the plaintext password?

No. With exec and inject delivery Palladin uses the secret on the agent’s behalf - filling a browser form or injecting it into a script’s environment - so the plaintext never enters the model’s context, logs or files.

Q: Which AI agents work with Palladin?

Claude Code and any MCP-compatible agent. Palladin runs an MCP server and a CLI, so connecting an agent is a one-line setup.

Q: What can the server or the Palladin team read?

Only ciphertext and non-secret metadata such as entry names. Encrypted vault data is still personal data and is protected as a GDPR Article 32 security measure - zero-knowledge is a safeguard, not an exemption.

Q: How much does Palladin cost?

Palladin has a Free plan and paid plans. Confirm your waitlist e-mail and create a new Palladin account with the same address after the waitlist entry. Once the account address is verified, you receive one month of Developer automatically - no credit card required.
