Palladin Public Legal Changelog
Polish version: Rejestr Zmian Prawnych. The Polish version is binding, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
Pre-launch draft. Requires qualified-counsel review before publication; it has not entered into force.
1. Status
No effective dates have been set for this package. This history concerns pre-launch drafts; it neither starts a notice period nor establishes availability of planned features. Once published, the register will identify effective versions and dates.
2. 15 September 2026 — locally hosted website fonts
Privacy Policy 0.13.1, Cookie Policy 0.6.2 and the recipient list 0.9.1 reflect moving the informational website and legal-page fonts to their own hosting. Those pages do not connect to Google Fonts. The app panel still uses external Google fonts, which remain described in the documents.
3. 15 September 2026 — service changes, purchases and analytics choices
Terms 0.12.2 confirm that service changes impose no additional costs on consumers and distinguish purchasing a paid Plan and its withdrawal period from earlier account registration. Cookie Policy 0.6.1 explains accepting, rejecting and withdrawing analytics consent without referring to the previous button layout.
4. 15 September 2026 — free trial without a card
Terms 0.12.1 clarify that the 14-day Developer, Family and Team Starter trial is free, requires no payment method and creates no subscription or automatic charges. Continued paid access requires a separate purchase. Age rules, trial limits and the separate waitlist Benefit remain unchanged.
5. 15 September 2026 — clearer Terms and a separate withdrawal form
Terms 0.12.0 use shorter target contract wording: age and Family rules sit with account formation, Agent access is explained without technical labels, and implementation notes are kept internally. The model withdrawal form 0.1.0 is available separately; using it remains optional. These editorial changes do not bring the documents into force or change the 13+/Family rules or free Benefit.
6. 13 September 2026 — complete pre-launch review
- Terms 0.11.0: shorter service scope, FULL/GRANULAR Agent boundaries, digital-service conformity rights, withdrawal without automatic waiver, and future payments and termination.
- Privacy 0.13.0 and Cookies 0.6.0: current data, consent-dependent analytics, separate backend measurement, local encrypted copies, recipients and explicit unverified retention.
- Recipients 0.9.0, DPA and export: separation of implemented code, selected providers and future commitments; local CSV/JSON is not a complete account export.
- Promotion 0.2.0 and vulnerability disclosure 0.3.0: simpler free Developer month terms and security contact standard; no new charge, trial or expiry of an acquired entitlement.
The adopted 13+ account model remains: representative approval for ages 13–17, with paid access at launch only through Family purchased on an adult’s account. Purchase does not replace approval or grant access to private keys; the free Developer Benefit remains separate. These processes require implementation.
7. Earlier drafts
Earlier revisions covered analytics and marketing consent, age/Family, the promotion, Agent security and the extension. The complete drafting history is retained in the internal register and repository history. Shortening this list does not remove published obligations or acquired rights.
